Nature’s club

Nature’s club is an interesting club as it aims for the students to be more appreciative towards nature. The activities involve going to the place where the nature looks beautiful and precious in the eyes and from the activities, nature-loving students can be born.

The club’s objective:

1. To enhance the student to appreciate more of their surrounding nature.

2. To enhance the student mind to create new ways or initiatives in conserving and preserving their nature.

Engineering Society Association (ESA)

Introduction

Engineering Society Association is actually a society to ensure the welfare of engineering students are taken care of. This society also enables the graduated students to keep in contact with each other in the future. Also, throughout the activity conducted by this society, the students would be expected to have a first class thinking in order to take the lead in today modern world.

Activities

This society would organize their annual ESA Career Day in Mara College Banting to expose the engineering student with overseas university they can enroll after they graduate from Mara College Banting. The students would also be going for a trip to one of the famous automotive manufacturing factory in Malaysia in the near future.

Clubs in KMB

Club is an association of two or more people united by a common interest or goal. In Kolej Mara Banting there are various types of clubs that the students can join. A service club, for example, exists for voluntary or charitable activities; there are clubs devoted to hobbies and sports, social activities clubs, political and religious clubs, and so forth. Therefore, the students can actually learn inclusive experience in these different types of clubs.

There are clubs that carry out activity based on students’ interests like Photography club, Landscape club and cooking club. These clubs allow the students to develop their talents and take them to a whole new level. Here in Kolej Mara Banting, it is compulsory for students to enter at least one club. In order to join a club one has to undergo an interview. This is one of the ways to prepare students for real interviews in the future. If a club is not active and rarely held any meetings or activities, the club will be demolished. It will also be demolished if the club does not have enough members.

INTRODUCTION

This club is considered as one of smallest club in this college. Students who wished to be a part of this club is served by ‘first come, first serve’ basis. Only first lucky 20 students will get their wish to be a member of this club. This club will be recruiting new members in the beginning of the third semester. One of the main activities of this club is to paste recent each and every page of newspapers on the college’s information board. By that, the students can keep abreast with recent events that are happening around the world without having to pay a cent.
