Personal Reflection:

Sample 1:

I have learned that Karate requires immense amount of disciplined and it is a fun thing to participate in. I have learned to respect the place that we are learning be it at Kolej MARA Banting or our Dojo.

Sample 2:

Throughout my practice in Karate for the month of August, had realised that the key to mastering Karate successfully is to comprehend the basic techniques theoretically and practically. This will further guide me in improving those techniques so that I may be able to demonstrate combinations of those techniques in Poomse and sparring.

Sample 3:

As Karate teaches us on quick and accurate responses towards any alarming external stimuli, it can be said that self defence can only be mastered only if students are able to learn it correctly. The techniques of Poomse Taeguk 5 Jang, free and step sparring, and ‘sets’ help me to be able to perform at my level best when I focus on doing them correctly. This is also essential in ensuring that a student has a well-understood the techniques or not.
